Howdy Y'all,

The transfer is winding down to an end. It was a pretty good week to say the least. On Thursday, we had our interviews with President. It was our first time to actually sit down and talk to him one on one. It went way good. I'm a lot less scared of our new President than our old one. I really didn't know President Walker too well but I'm pretty excited to be able to get to know President Miller now. After interviews, I'm pretty sure I'm leaving my area. It's not for sure or anything, but probably. We'll be getting transfer calls on Saturday night and transfer day is next Tuesday. I'm not buying any groceries this week.

Saturday, we spent most of the day painting our recent convert's room blue. We did a pretty dang good job. On Sunday, me and another Elder were suppose to speak in Sacrament Meeting along with our Ward Mission Leader. At the end of the opening song me and the other Elder noticed the Ward Mission Leader was staring at us and motioning to us to get down from the stand. As I bowed my head for the prayer I whispered to Elder Saunders, "Pssst, I don't think we're suppose to be up here". He said, "I think you're right". So we just get up after the prayer and sat in the back. No one told us before the meeting that we weren't speaking. Spanish wards... oh, well.

Actually, yesterday they changed the bishopric in the ward so that's why. They put some pretty young guys in so it will be interesting to see what happens.

Love you,

Elder Wiest

PS: Don't write any letters to the Little Flower address this week. Send them to the mission office.
